Terms of Use
Important notes for loan officers:
1) You need to login to the system for pulling the customer records.
2) When a call is being transferred you will be given a Customer Id number (Format: ACLXXXXXXX) by
our telemarketer to search the lead data collected from the prospect while you are talking to them.
3) Once inside the system, you need to click at Transfer Sheet and enter the customer Id
as supplied by our telemarketer and click search. If done correctly lead information will be populated on screen.
4) Once you are finished with call you need to dispose each lead with comments about quality of lead and possible
course of action. (ACCEPT / REJECT). Select NOT CONTACTED if call was dropped.
5) Customer's address and Phone # will be masked and please do not ask customer for any contact information, SSN# or
any leave any identifying information unless you want to ACCEPT the lead.
