Who we are and what we do
The Bank Office is a leading provider of performance based marketing, customer relationship mangement and end-to-end loan origination support services for mortgage bankers, lenders and brokers. We offer lead management, mortgage processing and contract underwriting services to some of the leading regional and national mortgage bankers in industry.
Information Collection from customers and Use
While acting as a telemarketing agency our campaigns are 100% carried on behalf of our advertisers and we do not act as a lender or broker or solicit customers for any other services. Information collected from the customers are only in connection with obtaining quotes for home purchase loans, home refinance loans, or home equity loans. For example, they are asked to provide their full name, address, telephone number, and other financial information to pre-qualify them on behalf of our advertisers and connect them to their loan officers. We only collect your personal information over phone with our 'Caller ID' displayed to pre-qualify and arrange to discuss your request for products and services offered by our advertisers.
When customers choose to inquire with a lender or broker who advertises with us, their information remains between them and that lender unless we are engaged for providing additional support services. Also, no additional and or increased fees and or charges of any kind are charged or incurred by any customer as a result of our services.
Our telemarketers / processors / underwriters are not authorized to quote any rates or commit any benefits to customers. We do gather additional information as may be required while processing or underwriting those loan requests on behalf of our Advertisers. However, our advertisers are solely responsible for the conduct of their loan officers and business practices. And, we do not endorse, warrant or guarantee the products or services of any lender or broker, including, without limitations, any rates, points and loan programs quoted by lenders or brokers. Also, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18 years of age.
Information Storage, Sharing and Disclosure
We have a stringent policy to ensure confidentiality of data. All data collected are stored on our secured servers in United States with limited access to various levels of users within our company and with our advertisers. Strong physical, network and electronic security measures ensure that confidential data does not go out of our sites. We limit access to personal information to those employees or agents who assist in providing requested products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard personal information about you including secure paper shredding.
How to tell us not to share this information
We share your personal and financial information only with our advertisers those are properly licensed to conduct business in your geography and the same information is avaliable to you upon request. Also, in case you want your phone number to be placed on our Do Not Call list please review our Do Not Call policy.
